Guinea pigs and a cat

So to be clear, this photo below was highly supervised. I also don’t recommend having both cats and guinea pigs in the same household. My piggies normally live in a large cage with a detachable top and blankets on it.

So the brown piggy is Zoey and the multi colored one is Chloe. They were my pets long before I met my wife, before I even had cats too.

Chloe and Zoey are five years old, so we’ve taken to giving them a Piggy Palooza once a month or so. Basically an excuse to spoil them with everything they love.

Both cats adore the piggies and likely wouldn’t hurt them. But they’ll still playfully swat at them, so whenever the piggies come out of the cage all the kids are supervised.
